Ferry to La Graciosa with Transfers
With four volcanoes and countless virgin beaches but no cars, La Graciosa is the ‘forgotten' island of Canaries. Which is why a visit is a must when staying in Lanzarote. Take the ferry over from Orzola and enjoy a day far removed from civilisation. After pick-up from your hotel, we'll head to Orzola harbour in the north of Lanzarote. It's a 30-minute ferry journey from here to Caleta del Sebo, the larger of the two settlements on La Graciosa. With its sandy streets, whitewashed houses and solitary church, it's like something from the Wild West.A short stroll out of town is Salado beach, the first of a string of golden sand strands washed by tropical waters – ideal for a lazy day. But if you're in the mood for some activity, a half-hour walk or so away from the village are the twin volcanoes of El Mojon and La Aguja. With such an abundance of unspoiled nature, it's no surprise that La Graciosa is the centrepiece of the Chinijo Archipelago Nature Reserve.
